Syd grandit en s'imprègnant d'influences Jazz et Hip-Hop et décide de se lancer dans le beatmaking en découvrant le travail de J Dilla et autres artistes de Détroit.
Son travail se concentre sur la rythmique, avec en amont une quête de samples particuliers et non éphémères. "Je pratique le finger drumming et le beatmaking depuis environ 5 ans.
J’ai des perspectives artistiques de plus en plus axé sur la composition, je m'efforce de ne pas confondre productivité et consistance chaque fois que l'envie me prend de créer musicalement."

Syd grew up imbued with Jazz and Hip-Hop influences and decided to start beat producing by discovering the work of J Dilla and other artists from Detroit.
His work focuses on rhythm, with a quest for particular and non-ephemeral samples. "I have been practicing finger drumming and beatmaking for about 5 years.
I have artistic perspectives more and more focused on composition, I strive not to confuse productivity and consistency whenever the urge takes me to create musically. "
